My reporting looks wrong

Numbers in Reports do not match what you expect, or what another system shows.

1. Check the date range and campaign selection. Most mismatches are a different period or a different set of campaigns.
2. Expect attribution differences. Blockchain-Ads counts conversions attributed to a click it served. Your own analytics counts sessions. The two will not match exactly.
3. Check conversion value. Wallet ID and Transaction Value are optional fields under Advanced Options. Leaving them blank keeps Txn Value and ROAS at zero, but not CPA or the conversion count itself.
4. Check for duplicate conversions. A conversion firing on a page a user can reload will over-count.
5. Allow for reporting lag. Very recent activity may still be settling.

If the gap is large and none of the above explains it, export the report and contact support with the campaign ID and period.
