Manage your prepaid balance
Blockchain-Ads runs on a prepaid balance. You deposit, the balance sits on the account, and campaigns draw it down as they deliver, so the practical consequence for anyone planning spend is that an empty balance stops delivery.
Check it any time in the top bar next to Deposit. It shows on every screen in HUB.
How it is drawn down
Campaigns spend against the balance while they deliver, up to the daily budget set for each one. Three campaigns at the minimum draw three times that amount each day.
The number to watch is the balance divided by what you spend a day. A balance covering three days needs attention this week, whatever it says in absolute terms.
Keeping campaigns funded
Top up before it empties. A campaign that stops mid-learning-phase loses the progress the algorithm made. Set yourself a floor, for example one week of daily budget, and deposit when you reach it.
Allow for the settlement time. Card and crypto credit immediately. Bank transfers take between one and five business days, so a bank top-up started at zero balance means days of stopped delivery.
Remember the deposit floor. The minimum applies to every deposit, including top-ups, which Minimum deposit and daily budget covers.
Watch it when you raise budgets. Doubling a daily budget halves the number of days your balance covers.
Notes
The balance belongs to the organization, so an agency running client organizations funds each separately. Crypto deposits are converted to USD on arrival. When the balance reaches zero campaigns stop delivering and stay configured, and topping up lets them resume.
