Managing Multi-User Accounts

Blockchain-Ads lets you invite other users to manage your organization's account directly from Settings.

Steps to Invite Users

Log in to HUB and click Settings in the left sidebar. Under My Profile, find the People & sharing card and click Invite by email.

Enter the person's email address.

Click Invite — the invite is sent and appears with a Pending status. Once accepted, the user gains access to the organization.

Managing Pending and Existing Invites

Once an invite is sent, you can:

  • Resend: If the person didn't receive or lost the original invite email.
  • Remove: To cancel a pending invite before it's accepted.

To see everyone with access to the account, go to People & sharingOrganization Members for the full list.

Best Practices: Only invite people who need direct account access. Remove pending invites you no longer need rather than leaving them open. Use Organization Members to periodically review who has access.

Troubleshooting: Invite not received? Check spam, or use "Resend" from the People & sharing panel. Invited the wrong email? Use "remove" before it's accepted. Can't find the invite option? Confirm you're in Settings → My Profile, not another tab like Billing or API Keys.
