Pausing or Archiving Campaigns

Pausing temporarily stops a campaign, while archiving removes it from the active list but retains data.

Steps to Pause a Campaign

Temporarily halt delivery with the following steps:

  • Go to the HUB Campaigns tab.
  • Find the active campaign in the list.
  • Toggle the "Pause" switch next to it.
  • Confirm the action in the popup.
  • The status changes to "Paused"; delivery stops immediately.

Steps to Archive a Campaign

Declutter your dashboard with these steps:

  • Select the campaign (active or paused).
  • Click "Archive" from the actions menu.
  • Confirm; it moves to the archived section, no longer visible in active list.

Best Practices: Pause for short-term adjustments (e.g., creative refresh) or budget reviews; archive completed or inactive campaigns to keep the dashboard clean; export reports before archiving for records; use pause to test alternatives without losing data; resume paused campaigns when ready by toggling back on.

Troubleshooting: Pause toggle not working? Refresh the page or check if campaign is already paused; can't find archived campaign? Use the archived filter in Campaigns tab; data not showing after resume? Wait 5-10 minutes for sync or contact support.
