Working with Client Accounts

Blockchain-Ads supports multiple accounts under one login, making it easy for agencies to manage several clients without separate credentials.

  • Setting Up Client Access: To work with client accounts, you'll need to be invited to (or invite others into) each client's account. See → Managing Multi-User Accounts for the full invite process.
  • Switching Between Client Accounts: Once you have access to more than one account, switch between them using the account dropdown next to the Blockchain-Ads logo in the top-left corner. See → Switching Between Accounts for the full walkthrough.
  • Account Isolation: Each client account operates independently with separate campaigns, billing, and pixels, with no data crossover between clients. This keeps client work cleanly separated even when managed under one login.

Best Practices: Label each account clearly by client name so they're easy to tell apart; confirm you're in the correct account before making changes, since switching is instant; review who has access to each client account periodically via Organization Members.

Troubleshooting: Invited a client teammate, but they can't log in? See → Managing Multi-User Accounts for invite troubleshooting. Can't find a client's account in the dropdown? Confirm you've been invited to it, or contact support.

FAQs

  • Is there a separate funding minimum per client account? Yes, the standard $10,000 minimum deposit applies to activate each individual account.
  • Is data shared across client accounts? No, each is fully isolated.
  • How do I invite a client's team to their own account? Same process as any invite — see → Managing Multi-User Accounts.
