Where to go when you have a question about your partnership, and the answers to the ones that come up most.
Who to ask
Questions about your tier, payouts, or attribution. Contact your partner manager. They hold your account and can see your referred accounts.
A referral is missing. Check the advertiser applied through your link, and that the account is verified and funded. Accounts appear only after both.
You need advertiser help. Anything about running campaigns, targeting, tracking, billing or policy is covered in the advertiser documentation, which applies to the accounts you manage.

FAQs
What do I earn? The standard commission is 10% of the ad spend of the advertisers you referred, for as long as they keep spending. No time limit and no cap.
Is it on spend or on deposits? Ad spend. A large deposit that sits unspent earns nothing until it is spent.
Can I earn more than the standard rate? Rates above the standard are agreed directly with the partner team. Your account contact is the route to discuss it.
When does a referral start earning? Once the account is verified and funded, and it then earns on what it spends.
How do I get paid? Request a payout from the Referral Program tab under Settings, where Commission Report and Request Payout both sit.
Can attribution be fixed after the advertiser applies? Tell your partner contact as early as you can. It is harder once the account exists without a referral code on it.
