About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies used to operate the Blockchain-Ads advertising Platform at hub.blockchain-ads.com, which is operated by BCA Labs Corporation, British Virgin Islands. In this Policy, "Blockchain-Ads", "we", "us" and "our" mean BCA Labs Corporation.

The public Blockchain-Ads website may be operated or managed by another Blockchain-Ads group company. That entity is not the operator of the Platform or a party to the Advertising Agreement unless expressly stated. This Cookie Policy applies only to the Platform.

We may use group companies and third-party service providers to provide Platform, security, analytics, authentication and advertising technology. Their involvement does not make them the Advertiser's contracting counterparty merely because they support the Platform.

Consent and Choice

This Policy covers the Platform at hub.blockchain-ads.com and related Platform interfaces on which this Policy is presented.

Strictly necessary technologies operate because they are required to provide a service you request, secure the Platform, maintain sessions, authenticate users or remember privacy choices. Where required by law, analytics, functionality and advertising technologies are disabled until you consent through the applicable preference control.

Where the Platform uses non-essential technologies subject to consent, you may accept, reject or later change those choices through the consent or preference control made available on the Platform. Withdrawing consent does not affect Processing that occurred before withdrawal. Cookie choices are separate from the business Advertiser's public-branding licence under Section 13.5 of the Advertising Agreement. Rejecting cookies does not submit a branding opt-out, and signing that Agreement or acknowledging this Policy does not consent to non-essential tracking.

What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Session cookies normally expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry or deletion.

Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, device identifiers and server-side event tools. They can recognise a browser or device, remember preferences, secure a session, measure Platform use, or support advertising and attribution.

Disabling or Managing Cookies

Where a Platform consent control is presented, you can use it to manage non-essential technologies. You can also delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, security, payments, preferences or other Platform functions from working.

Browser settings do not always control SDKs, server-side processing, mobile advertising identifiers, or data already received. For those technologies, use the applicable device, application, privacy, or opt-out controls described in the Privacy Policy.

What Types of Cookies Do We Use?

1. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These technologies are needed to operate and secure the Platform, authenticate users, prevent fraud, balance traffic, remember privacy choices, process transactions and provide requested functions. They cannot generally be disabled through the Platform's consent control.

2. Performance and Analytics Cookies. These technologies help us understand how visitors and Account users interact with the Platform, which pages and functions are used, where errors occur and how performance can be improved. Where required, they operate only after consent.

3. Functionality Cookies. These technologies remember settings such as language, region, interface choices, and other preferences, and may enable support or embedded functionality. Disabling them may reduce functionality.

4. Session Cookies. Session cookies support activity during a browser session, including authentication, navigation, security, and temporary settings, and generally expire when the session ends. The session and persistent categories describe lifespan, rather than a separate purpose or consent category.

5. Persistent Cookies. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period to remember preferences, recognise returning browsers, maintain security choices, or measure activity over time.

Platform Technologies

The Platform may use third-party authentication, analytics and connected-service technologies described in the Privacy Policy. Authentication and security technologies are distinct from non-essential analytics and advertising technologies. A connected tag-management service is a deployment mechanism, not itself a Platform cookie; the purpose of the deployed tag determines the applicable notice, consent and opt-out requirements.

Advertiser-created or Advertiser-enabled Blockchain-Ads pixels, tags and advertising identifiers used on Advertiser properties are separate from cookies used to operate the Platform. The Advertiser controls whether those tools are created or deployed, the properties and events to which they apply, and the Campaign audiences or retargeting they support. The Advertiser is responsible for required notices, consent and privacy choices on its properties; BCA Labs Corporation Processes the resulting Campaign Data under the DPA.

Current Technology Information

Where a Platform consent or preference control is used, it may identify non-essential cookies or similar technologies currently enabled for the Platform. Providers, technologies and durations may change as the Platform changes. Advertiser-deployed Campaign pixels are not part of the Platform cookie set merely because they can be configured through the Platform.

IP Addresses and Web Logs

We may use IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, referrers, requested pages and security events to operate the Platform, diagnose problems, protect systems, detect abuse, estimate general location and produce aggregate statistics.

Social Media and Embedded Content

Pages may contain embedded videos, scheduling tools, social-media buttons, chat functions, or other third-party content. Those providers may set technologies or receive information when the content loads or is used. Their own privacy and cookie terms apply to their independent processing.

Pixel Tracking for Advertising Services

The Platform may allow an Advertiser to create, configure or deploy Blockchain-Ads pixels, tags, SDKs, conversion APIs or server-to-server tools on properties the Advertiser controls. Those tools are not Platform cookies merely because they are created or managed through the Platform. The Advertiser determines whether and where they are deployed, the events and Campaign purposes they support, the audiences they create or use and whether retargeting is enabled.

The Advertiser is responsible for the notices, consent and privacy choices required on its properties before those tools collect or transmit Personal Data. BCA Labs Corporation Processes the resulting Campaign Data on the Advertiser's documented instructions under the DPA. Advertisers must not configure those tools to transmit prohibited data except where expressly agreed and lawful.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version and update the date above. Where required, we will request renewed consent for materially different non-essential processing.
