To maintain a trusted and transparent advertising ecosystem, Blockchain-Ads requires all publishers to complete a verification process before they can monetize traffic on the platform. Verification ensures that publishers meet our quality standards and comply with platform requirements.

Why is publisher verification required?

Publisher verification helps us:

How does verification work?

1. Account Creation
   After signing up as a publisher, you’ll be prompted to schedule a mandatory verification call with our team.
   
   
2. Verification Meeting
   
   
   
   • The meeting is conducted live over video.
     
     
   • During the call, our team will:
     
     
     
     • Confirm the details you submitted during account creation (such as your website, app, or business information).
       
       
     • Discuss your monetization goals and traffic sources.
       
       
     • Provide guidance on next steps and answer any questions.
       
       
3. Technical Ownership Check
   
   
   
   • You may be asked to verify domain or app ownership (e.g., adding a verification tag or DNS record).
     
     
   • This step ensures you control the properties you wish to monetize.
     
     
4. Documentation (if required)
   
   
   
   • In most cases, the verification meeting and ownership check are sufficient.
     
     
   • However, depending on your traffic volume, payout requirements, or compliance needs, our team may request supporting documentation such as business registration or tax details.
     
     

Timelines for verification

• Most publishers are verified within 3–5 business days after completing the video meeting and ownership checks.
  
  
• If additional documentation is required, the timeline may be longer depending on how quickly the information is provided.
  
  
• Once verified, you will have full access to the publisher dashboard and your earnings will start accruing.
  
  

Issues & errors

Responsibilities of publishers

Publishers are responsible for:

• Attending the mandatory verification meeting.
  
  
• Providing accurate and consistent information during the process.
  
  
• Maintaining valid, organic traffic and compliance with Blockchain-Ads policies.
  
  
• Responding promptly to additional requests from the verification team.
  
  

Failure to complete verification may result in your account not being activated.

Re-verification

You may be asked to verify again if:

• You change payout information or add new properties (domains, apps).
  
  
• Significant changes are detected in your traffic or business model.
  
  
• A compliance review requires updated confirmation.
