Ratings move. We read them on the first business day of each month and update this page the same day.

Why the ratings differ

G2 and Gartner confirm a reviewer's identity before a review goes live, so their reviews come from marketers who ran campaigns on the platform. Trustpilot is open to anyone, and its guidelines count browsing a website or an online chat as a reviewable experience. The two profiles describe two different groups of people. Both are linked above so your brand can read them in full.

What Trustpilot reviewers criticise

Five topics recur across the one-star reviews: placement transparency, traffic quality, the minimum deposit and refunds, support response times, and publisher payouts. Each is quoted as the reviewer put it, with how the platform works and where your brand can check it.

Placement transparency · Reviewer, February 2026

"You are not able to see where your ads are being shown"

Campaign reports at hub.blockchain-ads.com/reports show impressions, clicks, conversions and spend for every audience category, updated in real time. DoubleVerify checks every impression before it is counted.

Traffic quality · Reviewer, August 2026

"Major concerns about the quality of the traffic we received"

Traffic quality is measured in your brand's own stack. The platform tracks conversions through a pixel, Google Tag Manager or server-to-server postbacks and connects to Voluum, AppsFlyer, Keitaro, Mixpanel and Google Analytics. Server-to-server tracking returns each conversion with its click ID, so every registration and deposit in the campaign report matches a record in your system. The Performance Team runs a test conversion before launch.

Minimum deposit and refunds · Reviewer, May 2026

"They require a minimum $10,000 deposit"

The minimum deposit is $10,000, published on the pricing page and in the Help Center. The deposit funds campaigns and is spent against delivered impressions. The Refund Policy and the Advertising Agreement are provided before funding, and the Compliance team processes refund requests under that policy.

Support response · Reviewer, July 2025

"Can go days without responding"

Each account has a named account manager, reached through the account's approved communication channel. Billing and policy questions are handled by the Compliance team in writing.

Publisher payouts · Publisher, March 2025

"They approved my website, then refused to pay"

Publishers complete a video verification call and a technical ownership check before monetising. Each payout follows a traffic audit, and invalid traffic identified in the audit is deducted from earnings. The audit rule is published in the publisher Help Center.

Our commitment on reviews

From October 2026, every review on every platform receives a reply from the team within five business days, including the ones that describe a bad experience. A reply names what happened on our side and what the reviewer can do next. Where a review states something false about a named member of staff, we flag it under the platform's rules and say so in the reply.

Verify our traffic yourself

Three steps your brand can take before and during a campaign.

Step 1
Connect server-to-server tracking before launch

Pass the click ID back with each conversion. The Performance Team confirms the test event with you.

Step 2
Compare the campaign report to your analytics weekly

Filter your analytics for utm_source=Blockchain-Ads. The two sets of numbers should agree within normal attribution variance.

Step 3
Check conversions by audience category in your report

Your report at hub.blockchain-ads.com/reports shows conversions per audience category. Pause the categories that bring traffic without conversions and scale the ones that convert.

Questions people ask before applying

Is Blockchain-Ads legitimate?

Blockchain-Ads is an audience-based advertising platform operated by BCA Labs Corporation, founded in 2021. It has onboarded 9,670+ advertisers and run 32,500+ campaigns, with published case studies for Coinbase, Binance, OKX, Crypto.com, Stake.com and Robinhood. It is rated 4.7 on G2 from 71 verified reviews and 2.6 on Trustpilot from 58 open reviews, both read on 8 October 2026.

Why does Trustpilot show 2.6 while G2 shows 4.7?

G2 confirms a reviewer's identity before publishing and its reviews come from advertisers who ran campaigns. Trustpilot is open to anyone and counts browsing a website as an experience. The two profiles describe two different groups of people.

What is the minimum budget?

$10,000, deposited to activate the account. The deposit funds campaigns. A minimum daily budget of $360 keeps bids competitive.

Does Blockchain-Ads guarantee results?

Results depend on the offer, the landing page and the tracking setup, so the platform publishes case studies and benchmarks and makes no performance guarantee. Published outcomes include Roobet at 990 first-time depositors at a $23 CPA and Robinhood at 8,275 new accounts at a $123 CPA.

Can I get a refund?

The Refund Policy is provided with the Advertising Agreement before any payment.

Where can I read the reviews directly?
